Tributyl citrate has high efficiency in plasticization. It is approved for use in food packaging, medical products, children’s toys, pharmaceuticals, flavors and fragrances, cosmetics production, and other industries in Europe and other countries. It provides good cold resistance, water resistance, and mold resistance to the products. The resin-plasticized products exhibit excellent transparency and flexibility at low temperatures, and they have low volatility and low solubility in different environments. Additionally, they demonstrate thermal stability and do not change color when heated.
